Working with USDOT carriers has been more than a career—it’s been a true passion for many years. What stands out most is the people: the hardworking, down-to-earth individuals who are simply striving to build a better life, whether as owner-operators or by leading fleets of dedicated CDL drivers. The relationships built along the way have been the most rewarding part of this journey.

Throughout my career, my mission has always been to protect, guide, and support the carriers I serve. I’ve shared in their frustrations—especially when it comes to navigating compliance. While working with one of the largest compliance providers in the industry, I often found myself having to refer clients elsewhere for services that weren’t offered in-house. It was difficult sending valued clients—people I had built strong relationships with—into the unknown, without certainty they would receive the level of care they deserved.

That experience sparked the vision for something better.
